Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Technical Product Owner to lead the delivery of Salesforce-based solutions across our telecom business line. You will be responsible for translating strategic business objectives into scalable, user-centric Salesforce solutions that support new software product launches, optimize operations, and elevate the customer experience.
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, UX designers, Salesforce developers, and system architects to ensure the platform supports business growth and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Salesforce productroadmap in alignment with telecom product strategies and business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholdersacross marketing, sales, operations, and IT to define and prioritizeSalesforce features and enhancements.
  • Translate business requirementsinto detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technicaldocumentation.
  • Drive the successful delivery offeatures from concept through launch, ensuring timely execution andhigh-quality outcomes.
  • Work closely with developmentteams (onshore/offshore) to deliver Salesforce enhancements andintegrations using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Partner with UX teams to designintuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with customer and businessneeds.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as aProduct Owner or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforceplatform.
