Job description

Overview
Inabia is seeking an experienced an onsite 5-days per week ServiceNow TSM & TSOM Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) and Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM). This is a fully onsite role based in Philadelphia, PA, requiring deep hands-on expertise in ServiceNow telecom modules, workflow automation, service orchestration, and OSS/BSS integrations. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that elevate service assurance, order fulfillment, network operations, and overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications with a primary focus on TSM and TSOM modules.
  • Configure forms, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
  • Create reusable components and custom ServiceNow applications as needed.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow TSM applications to support telecom service catalog, service inventory, service lifecycle management, and service fulfillment processes.
  • Implement telecom-specific workflows for provisioning, activation, service modifications, and decommissioning.
  • Configure telecom products, service offerings, and customer service workflows.
  • Implement TSOM capabilities for network operations and service assurance.
  • Configure service topology and dependency mapping.
  • Support event correlation, incident management, alarm management, and root cause analysis.
  • Develop automated remediation workflows for telecom incidents and outages.
  • Support telecom network inventory management and operational dashboards.
  • Develop REST and SOAP integrations with OSS/BSS systems.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with network monitoring tools including SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Cisco DNA Center.
  • Develop integrations with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and external telecom applications.
  • Configure IntegrationHub and MID Server components.
  • Configure and maintain CMDB data models; support Discovery and Service Mapping implementations.
  • Ensure accurate CI relationships and telecom service mapping while maintaining CMDB health and data quality.
  • Develop workflows using Flow Designer to automate telecom operational processes, including orchestration, approval workflows, automated provisioning, and ticket routing.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
  • Mentor junior developers as needed.
  • Prepare technical design documents, maintain configuration documentation, and support release management activities.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSM and/or TSOM implementations.
  • Recent project experience in the Telecom industry (required).
  • Strong JavaScript development skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
  • Solid knowledge of telecom service lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant ServiceNow certifications.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Cisco DNA Center.
  • Experience with OSS/BSS system architectures and integrations.
