Job description

Join our team as a NOC Technician and become the frontline guardian of our network systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys tackling technical challenges, keeping critical infrastructure running smoothly, and being part of an environment that rewards innovation and teamwork.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of IP networking and associated protocols
  • 1+ year troubleshooting IP connectivity and hardware
  • Experience with network monitoring tools
  • Proficiency in VPN, BGP, MPLS, SIP protocols
  • Ability to interpret network diagrams (Visio or similar)
  • ServiceNow Incident/Change/Problem Management experience
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and respond swiftly to incidents

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience in network operations or telecom environments
  • Certifications: Network+, Cisco CCST/CCNA, ITIL
  • AWS Cloud surveillance experience
What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown
  • 40% Network Monitoring & Performance Checks (surveillance, event response, remote/cloud monitoring)
  • 30% Incident Management & Troubleshooting (alerts, outages, SLA triage, vendor ticket management)
  • 20% Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication (field tech coordination, customer support, SME engagement)
  • 10% Documentation & Quality Control (records, change/problem management)
Daily Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain computer networks, telecom infrastructure, and remote/cloud operations
  • Respond promptly to alerts and troubleshoot network issues
  • Coordinate with field technicians and engineers
  • Manage ServiceNow records for incident, change, and problem management
  • Communicate with stakeholders and customers during service-impacting events
  • Resolve issues within SLA timelines and maintain records for outages and quality control
