We're looking for a Sales Manager - Industrial & Automation to join our growing team in West Henrietta, NY.

The Position:
Safran Trusted 4D is looking for a Sales Manager to grow our Industrial & Automation business with customers that cannot afford timing failures. This role is about helping manufacturers, OT/IT networks achieve precise, secure, and resilient synchronization. The right person will know how to open doors, build trust, create pipeline, and position NTP, PTP, White Rabbit, GNSS resilience, 1PPS, and 10MHz solutions where they matter.
The Day to Day:
  • Build a strong and qualified pipeline with industrial automation OEMs, system integrators, channel partners, and manufacturers, and consistently drive sales.
  • Create and execute the go-to-market plan for timing solutions in industrial & automation applications, including TSN, PTP/IEEE 1588, NTP, GNSS-resilient timing, and OT/IT network synchronization.
  • Open new doors through direct customer engagement, partner collaboration, industry events, installed-based analysis, and disciplined prospecting. Represent ST4D in front of customers, partners, trade shows, workshops, and industry events with confidence, technical credibility, and a clear value proposition.
  • Lead customer conversations that connect ST4D timing solutions to what customers really care about: reliability, accuracy, security, uptime, and operational continuity.
  • Bring market intelligence back to the business by tracking customer needs, competitors, procurement drivers, and trends in industrial automation.

What you Bring to Safran:
  • 5+ years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial automation, industrial networking, critical infrastructure, telecom, utilities, instrumentation, capital equipment, or related technology markets.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines, develop new accounts, manage complex sales cycles, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong value-selling skills with technical and business stakeholders, including engineering, operations, procurement, and executive decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with timing is preferred.
  • Strong communication, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, CRM discipline, and willingness to travel up to 30%
