**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect with in-depth knowledge of the telecom domain and a strong understanding of various ServiceNow modules. The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our telecommunications operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Solution Design:** Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Design and architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring they align with the telecom industry's best practices.
  • **ServiceNow Module Expertise:** Possess a deep understanding of various ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Configuration Management, and Integration Hub, among others.
  • **Telecom Domain Knowledge:** Utilize your expertise in the telecom domain to design and implement telecom-specific workflows and processes, such as network fault management, service provisioning, and inventory management.
  • **Integration:** Design and oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other telecom-specific systems and tools, such as OSS/BSS systems, network management platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • **Best Practices:** Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure the telecom solutions are cutting-edge and efficient.
  • **Technical Leadership:** Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team and other stakeholders in the telecom domain. Ensure that solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Telecommunications Module.
