Connectivity Point is looking for a full time Business Development Representative to join our team. The Business Development Representative plays a vital role in driving growth within the business. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in delivering connectivity, infrastructure, and communication solutions to commercial customers. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and knowledgeable about telecom services and technology.

To be successful in this position, you will be assertive, goal-driven, and have a massive desire for long-term personal growth and income success. Ideal candidates will have the ability to attend prework events, after-hour events, as well as trade shows.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales.   • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the telecommunications market, including voice, data, cabling, and network solutions
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with prospective clients
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
  • Maintain accurate lead and contact information within the company CRM system
  • Research market trends, competitors, and regional opportunities to help shape business development strategies

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account support - experience in telecommunications, technology, or infrastructure industries preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Confident making outbound calls and engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Understanding of structured cabling, network infrastructure, or voice/data solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
