This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of field operations, mentor technicians, and ensure top-quality installations across the region. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily field technician activities across job sites in the Georgia region
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of communications systems and infrastructure
  • Ensure all field work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate field technicians to promote skill development and performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and management or project coordinators
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks on completed and in-progress installations
