One of Insight Global's largest healthcare clients is seeking an Associate Telecommunications Analyst to support and maintain enterprise telecom systems across multiple healthcare facilities. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of communication services, including VoIP, PBX, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting telecom-related issues, supporting phone and voicemail systems, assisting with upgrades and implementations, and partnering with internal IT teams, vendors, and end users to resolve service concerns. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise telecommunications systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications:
