Job description

Overview

The primary focus of this role is to support Sr. Manager by driving all activities related to device deployments and operations of the Deployment and Repair Centers in US and Canada. This is an analyst role that is dual in nature. It consists of responsibilities related to site operations that are physical in nature as well as responsibilities related to Life Cycle Management projects, processes, reporting, continuous improvement, and support. 

The Analyst would support all Life Cycle Processes related to assets (existing and new) in purview of the Mobility and End User Devices Group. This includes but is not limited to iOS devices, rugged devices, mobile printers, laptops and desktops, warehouse scanners and other assets. The analyst would be accountable to assist driving successful delivery from MSP Contractors and other stakeholders related to device repair, business as usual device request and project deployments. They would need to maintain site operations while also being a key deployment project, inventory and device management contributor.

The role would support their team by driving seamless device deployments, tracking all cost, working with all stakeholders to handle project and site billing, cost and cross charges. The role would also be responsible for development and updating project files and trackers using Excel and other project management and metric capturing tools. This Analyst would work with additional departments and vendors included but not limited to Facilities, disposal partners, repair vendors, third party vendors, accessory and supply vendors, Telecom Expense Management Team, Finance, business stakeholders, IT and other functional partners.


Responsibilities
  • Own end to end operations and support of North America (US & Canada) Deployment and repair facilities
  • Maintain inventory and drive inventory completeness
  • Drive deployment work intake, prioritization and release timing; balancing demand and available resources
  • Ensure adherence to Finance, Procurement, Legal and other functional rules and guidance related to life cycle management
  • Work with vendors and partners driving repair, operations and continuous improvement
  • Support delivery of SOW and Contracts
  • Support development and delivery of continuously improving KPIs, Metrics, other reporting
  • Key project stakeholder and contributor working with business partners and other functional stakeholders
  • Support and drive “delivery center activities” including but not limited to site upkeep, repairs, and proper inventory and operations processes
  • Provide KPI, GAP, Monthly Metrics, and other performance metrics
  • Maintain stellar, positive and collaborative work environment
  • Leverage onshore and offshore resources for efforts related to repair and Mobile Device Life Cycle Management

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
