Summary TTG Solutions is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer with expertise in voice technologies to join our dynamic team. We require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience and a strong background in computer science or computer engineering.Description The Systems Engineer will work in an enterprise IT environment focusing on voice technologies. Key responsibilities include collaborating with network and telecom engineers, assisting in the design and deployment of voice infrastructure, supporting next-generation voice technology implementation, and participating in system security accreditation. This role also involves providing certificate management support, assisting in system upgrades, supporting call center technology deployments, and contributing to call routing and trunking design. Additional tasks include attending meetings to gather voice system requirements, ensuring compliance with standards, and gaining hands-on experience with secure voice devices and infrastructure components.
