Job Summary:
Inorsa is a rapidly growing company that is transforming the telecom and structural engineering industries through innovative automation tools. The Drafting QA Specialist will perform quality assurance, validation, and static changes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of deliverables, while supporting internal drafting standards and testing AI-generated outputs.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver end-to-end telecom drawings and support internal drafting standards (templates, CAD libraries)
• Test AI-generated outputs
• Collect and share feedback on drawing accuracy and completeness
• Review files in DWG, PDF, and other viewer formats
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience as an AutoCAD drafter, with preference given to telecom industry experience
• Understanding of telecom workflows and drafting standards
• Detail-oriented with clear, structured communication skills
• Self-driven, comfortable working with direction, high level of self-discipline
• Strong attention to detail
Preferred:
• Telecom drafting experience
• Experience with 3D modeling tools like Revit, SolidWorks, or Inventor
