Agile Business Analyst( with telecom is preferred), Chicago, IL (Longer term contract)
Projects - telecom billing, web service interface, web technology

โ€ข Provides functional feasibility assessment to the business partners related to emerging initiatives.
โ€ข Provides high-level business process and technical overviews and insight where appropriate.
โ€ข Maintains continuity between business team and IS organization throughout complete system development life cycle.
โ€ข Serves as primary contact between technology and business end-users in understanding the specific business requirements, criticality and prioritization of business capability.
โ€ข Identifies, assesses, and documents business requirements, recommending business priorities and advising business on options, risks and costs versus benefits of various solutions.
โ€ข Conducts research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible.

Business Analyst (with Siebel), long term contract in Chicago, IL
This position is responsible for functions on projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies; eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements for the IT organization; serving as a liaison across multiple facets of the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs; leveraging an informed knowledge of business areas to identify and/or resolve problems on an ongoing basis.
The position will be working with the Producer Administration team to collect and document:
- Current state for the Siebel SFA system, and downstream applications such as MRDB, and others.
- Proposed future state using Callidus and SalesForce.
Technical skills include experience with mainframe applications, database modeling, data migration, and Siebel. healthcare is highly preferred
