Representatives operate as independent contractors, offering flexibility in how you manage your schedule and develop your client base, while still receiving structured support, training, and leadership guidance.

This role is ideal for individuals who have some professional experience and are ready to build a sustainable career in outside sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments

  • Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals

  • Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory

Training & Professional Development

We invest heavily in the success of our representatives:

  • Structured onboarding and hands-on field training

  • Ongoing product, compliance, and professional development education

  • Weekly base draw available while building your book of business

  • Uncapped earning potential tied to consistency and service

  • Incentive trips, recognition programs, and advancement opportunities

  • Flexible schedule with autonomy over your territory

Ideal Candidate

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Have experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership roles

  • Thrive in face-to-face, relationship-focused environments

  • Are organized, self-motivated, and reliable

  • Value collaboration and professional growth

  • Communicate clearly and build trust easily

  • Have reliable transportation and can travel locally

  • Are willing to obtain a Health & Life license within 90 days (support provided)
