• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients to foster an open and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Conduct thorough diagnostics of mental health disorders and create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to promote healing and personal growth.
• Regularly engage with clients to monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary, referring clients to specialists for additional support and resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with industry standards.

At Tele-Mind, you will primarily serve a diverse population that includes individuals and families with various backgrounds and experiences. You will assist clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will be critical in guiding them through their journeys toward emotional resilience and improved mental health.

• A valid and active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrable experience in providing individual and/or group therapy, showcasing skill and confidence in various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage a varied workload and complete administrative tasks with accuracy.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy or digital counseling platforms will have a significant advantage. Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to marriage and family therapy is also beneficial. Experience working with a diverse client population will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
