• Establish positive, trusting rapport with a diverse patient base through effective and empathetic communication.
• Diagnose mental health disorders based on clinical evaluation and patient history.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of patients and their families.
• Lead therapeutic sessions—both individual and group—ensuring a safe space for discussion and healing.
• Continuously monitor patient progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as required to foster improved outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, making referrals to specialists when necessary to support holistic treatment.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Tele-Mind, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role will be crucial in assisting families to rebuild connections and navigate complex dynamics, thus promoting healthier family systems.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Proven experience in providing individual and/or group therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle workload and administrative tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective treatment plans.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and online therapeutic practices.
• Experience working with a diverse client population and various cultural backgrounds.
