Key Responsibilities

• Establish a trusted, therapeutic relationship with patients to foster an environment conducive to healing and openness.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders, employing evidence-based practices.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
• Lead regular counseling sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing therapeutic techniques that promote positive change.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on feedback and assessments.
• Provide referrals to specialized services when additional support is necessary, maintaining an extensive network of professional contacts.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues to enhance treatment strategies and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes a wide range of individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. As a licensed therapist, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, providing a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications

• Active and valid State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or group therapy, showcasing various therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a remote work environment is highly valued as it aligns with our operational model.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital tools to facilitate therapy sessions and case management.
• Experience in a range of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Tele-Mind Behavioral and Counseling Center offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
