This position is structured as a remote role, providing you with the flexibility to deliver your services from home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. • Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients, fostering an environment conducive to open communication.
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately diagnose and treat a variety of emotional and psychological issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and needs of each patient, taking into account their history and mental health goals.
• Implement therapeutic techniques and lead individual and group therapy sessions focused on emotional healing, behavior change, and skill development.
• Regularly meet with patients for counseling sessions to monitor progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and provide ongoing support.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and tools to conduct ongoing assessments and track patient outcomes, ensuring that they are on the path to recovery.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will play a crucial role in helping them navigate their mental health challenges and work towards achieving healthier lifestyles and improved interpersonal relationships.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required for this position.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic practices, with experience providing individual and/or group therapy being essential.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a caseload and fulfill administrative tasks.

• Previous experience working in a remote setting is a plus, as it can enhance your adaptability and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and platforms that facilitate remote therapy sessions will be advantageous.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment, collaborating closely with other mental health professionals.

The annual salary for this role ranges between USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package also includes:
