Key Responsibilities
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
  • Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, implementing tailored therapy methodologies to suit individual client needs.
  • Develop and monitor customized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic techniques.
  • Regularly assess progress, making real-time adjustments to treatment strategies as required.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals when referrals to specialists or additional services are needed, ensuring comprehensive client care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
