• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, implementing tailored therapy methodologies to suit individual client needs.
• Develop and monitor customized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Regularly assess progress, making real-time adjustments to treatment strategies as required.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals when referrals to specialists or additional services are needed, ensuring comprehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Tele-Mind, you will engage with a wide range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Your work will be vital in fostering positive change and improving mental wellness within our community. You will provide compassionate support, guiding clients through their unique life circumstances and challenges.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in individual and group therapy settings, demonstrating effectiveness in various therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally sensitive therapeutic practices.
• Background in crisis intervention and conflict resolution within family systems.
• Knowledge of current trends and techniques in marriage and family therapy.
