Join the incredible team at Palmetto Family Hearing Center! Our wonderful front office lead is transitioning to part-time after welcoming her second child, creating an exciting opportunity for an organized, energetic leader to step into a key role within our growing practice.
At Palmetto Family Hearing Center, we're a family-owned audiology practice passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. We take pride in our collaborative, positive workplace culture, where every team member is valued and plays an important role in serving our community.
This position is primarily based in our Tega Cay, SC office and also provides oversight and support for a team member at our Waxhaw, NC office.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, support, and develop front office team members
  • Ensure schedules are optimized and daily operations run efficiently
  • Verify payments and run operational reports using practice software
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and community outreach events
  • Manage electronic medical records (EMR) and patient databases
  • Handle patient communications, online inquiries, and office workflows
  • Collaborate with our billing team member regarding insurance and payments
  • Maintain office safety standards and HIPAA compliance
  • Provide front desk and phone support as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Ability to lead a team while also working independently
