• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being, employing evidence-based practices to evaluate their unique needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the goals and aspirations of clients after thorough evaluations, ensuring they are collaboratively designed.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for a diverse clientele, focusing on various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Provide couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving disputes, and strengthening emotional connections between partners.
• Regularly review and modify treatment plans in response to client progress and emerging needs, ensuring continuous support in their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and health professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed comprehensively.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, bringing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Stay informed about the latest research, techniques, and best practices in marriage and family therapy to enhance therapeutic strategies.

Your primary focus will be on serving a wide range of clients, including teens, adults, and couples seeking support for various mental health challenges. You will utilize a client-centered approach to therapy, adapting treatment modalities to fit the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of each individual or couple. • Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• Proven experience in delivering individual and/or couples therapy, with an emphasis on practical interventions and solution-focused strategies.
• Effective communication skills, particularly in a remote setting, with proficiency in managing electronic health record systems.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a therapeutic environment.
• Experience with diverse age groups, particularly children, teens, and couples.
• Demonstrated ability to complete assessments promptly and accurately while adhering to treatment guidelines.
