We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team at Teens Advocate Program & Mental Counseling. This full-time position is primarily remote, catering to clients in Spokane, Washington, allowing for flexibility while ensuring robust support for those in need.

We focus on treating a spectrum of mental health issues, providing comprehensive support tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. This role will primarily be performed remotely, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while minimizing travel requirements. While flexibility is encouraged, you will have access to our outpatient office in Spokane for occasional in-person meetings, workshops, and team-building events. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual, group, and family sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain current on best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health resources and reduce stigma.

Your primary client demographic will consist of adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment is required.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing mental health counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desired.
• Experience with group therapy and community mental health initiatives will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with current mental health research and innovations in therapeutic practices.

Competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and specific caseload assignments. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes:
