What is needed for this job:

  • At least 16 years oldย 
  • High school graduate or equivalentย 
  • Or enrolled in a minimum of 2 years of child development coursework approved by state licensing requirements.ย 
  • Enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience and experience working with children.ย 

The responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Assist Senior Counselors in supervising campers and activity implementation.ย 
  • Assist in ensuring all campers can participate in all activities, no matter varied abilities whether physical, or intellectual. Actively participate in activities to encourage participation.ย 
  • Assist in ensuring appropriate behavior of campers and staff to avoid the risk of accidents.
  • Assist in maintaining effective communication with parents/guardians regarding camper and camp activities.ย
