(Bethesda Hospitals are part of Baptist Health South Florida, in Boynton Beach) Position Highlights: Anesthesia Care Team is comprised of 15 Physicians (3 cardiac) and 28 CRNAs and AAs Cardiac case mix: CABG, Valve Surgery, TAVR, Mitraclip, Tricuspid Clip, and Atrial Occlusion Devices Collaborative cardiac care team of 5: 3 cardiac anesthesiologists + 2 cardiac CRNAs Home-based cardiac call only with very limited callbacks Cardiac block: ~17 weeks off/year (aligned with the 2-on/1-off schedule) Majority of time will be spent covering cardiac unit with opportunity to float to main OR to cover general adult cases General Anesthesia cases include: OB, GYN, ENT, Urology, Ortho, Spine, Vascular, Regional, NeuroTrue work-life balance Competitive compensation plus PTO, 401(k), and relocation assistance Leadership growth potential within the cardiac service line Qualifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Cardiothoracic (CV) fellowship training Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) expertise Envision offers a compensation and benefits package that includes a competitive base salary, CME allowance, health, dental & vision benefits, disability & life insurance, 401k with match and paid malpractice with tail coverage.
