What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Awesome Responsibilities):
  • Lead high-energy, action-packed, and “edutaining” martial arts classes that keep students coming back for more!

  • Be the ultimate motivator—encouraging students of all ages to be their best selves inside and outside the studio.

  • Track student progress and performance like a ninja—ensuring each one earns their stripes and graduates with confidence.

  • Mentor and manage a rockstar team of instructors—providing feedback, training, and the occasional high-five.

  • Collaborate with our studio team to create class schedules, epic graduation ceremonies, and engaging student experiences.

  • Team up with our Program Director to drive creative marketing campaigns and community events (think fun demos, tournaments, and school visits!).
