As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Apply a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service while maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Update and maintain databases and records.
  • Verify and correct data where necessary.
  • Generate reports as needed.

Essential Qualities for Success
  • At least 2 years of data entry experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn Oracle systems.
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.25 per hour and is bonus eligible.
