Pay: $18.00/hour plus tips
Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays required

The WhyAt Kilwins, our purpose is simple: Create enjoyment and make people happy.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll help make that happen every day. Whether you’re coaching a team member, serving a family their favorite ice cream, or helping a guest celebrate a special occasion, you’ll create the welcoming experience that keeps people coming back.

Who Thrives Here

  • Scoop ice cream, prepare waffle cones, package chocolates, and assist with handcrafted products.
  • Operate the register and process transactions accurately.
  • Restock products and keep the store clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Support a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for guests and teammates.
What to Expect

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend most of your shift on the sales floor—not behind a desk.

You’ll assist customers, coach team members, stock products, clean, and step in wherever needed. You may lead team members with different ages and experience levels, including teenagers, and will be expected to keep the team productive and on task.

Business levels and weekly hours may vary. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required because those are some of our busiest and most important times to serve our guests.

What You’ll Bring

  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but we’ll help the right person grow.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • A supportive team that believes in treating others as they want to be treated, doing their best, and having fun.
