Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or higher preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Experience in the public sector or educational related field preferred.
- Knowledge of computer programs, strong organizational and secretarial skills, responsible for accurate data entry and correspondence duties.
- Demonstrates a willingness to work in a cooperative working environment.
- Strong reading, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Training or experience with Excel, Word and other computer applications.
- Excellent oral, written, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and positively with in a team environment.
- Ability to work with changing priorities, regulations and deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective skills in planning and organization.
- Correspondence, filing, interacting with students, staff and parents, telephone duties.
- Maintain pupil records and confidentiality.
