The TechOps team manages and supports the company's development tooling. As a TechOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining, developing, and improving these tools and supporting the internal users who depend on them. You will be a key point of contact for technical issues, service requests, platform configuration changes, and opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of our tooling.
Your Future Role within QRT:
  • Support and administer JFrog applications.
  • Support and administer Atlassian Data Center applications.
  • Investigate, triage, and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and usage trends across the development tooling estate.
  • Contribute to performance tuning.
  • Support and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows and integrations.
  • Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation, runbooks, support processes, and operational procedures.
  • Lead upgrades, configuration changes, maintenance activities, and platform improvements.
  • Support future migration initiatives.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term improvements, automation, and service reliability.
  • Participate in the team's on-call rota to support the availability and reliability of critical development tooling.
Your Present Skillset:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical support, systems administration, TechOps, DevOps or platform operations role.
  • Strong experience supporting JFrog applications.
  • Hands-on experience administrating Atlassian products.
  • Experience with AWS, including EC2, RDS & EKS.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across applications.
  • Experience investigating performance issues, service degradation, and high-volume platform usage.
  • Experience using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and root-cause resolution.

Base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $240,000 per year.
QRT Total Compensation includes discretionary performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
