Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist will manage the daily operations of the HR department, focusing heavily on recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, Immigrations & compliance,. This role acts as a strategic partner to management and an advocate for company staff, ensuring a safe, lawful, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of US labor regulations and a metrics-driven approach to human capital management.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end life cycle of recruitment for all Engineering positions, interview facilitation, and competitive offer negotiation.
• Onboarding & Training: Facilitate standard employee orientations and coordinate regular professional development or safety compliance training sessions.
• Benefits & Payroll Support: Coordinate health insurance enrolment, worker's compensation claims, and local payroll administration, deposits processing
• Immigration support: Signs U.S. work permit applications, Complete Form I-9 ,Updates H-1B Public Access Files (PAFs) on a monthly basis with coordination of Immigration team, Shares USCIS notices and correspondence related documents to employees as required
• Compliance Management: Maintain strict adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and OSHA guidelines.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary mediator for workforce grievances, conduct internal investigations, and provide objective counsel to department supervisors.
• HRIS Administration: Maintain accurate, digital employee records within the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), auditing data regularly for compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience within the United States.
• Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR professional certification is highly preferred.
• Legal Literacy: Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive US labor laws and standard payroll reporting procedures.
• Technical Savvy: Expert proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (e.g.,ADP) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
