Job Title: Healthcare IT Program Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Salary : $120K

The pay range for this role is $120K Max per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Healthcare IT and a proven track record in program management and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in the field, with a deep understanding of healthcare strategy as a deal breaker skill. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of healthcare IT programs while maintaining governance and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple healthcare IT programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Develop and implement program governance frameworks to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT teams, and executive leadership, to ensure program success.
  • Facilitate program planning sessions, risk assessments, and resource allocation to optimize program delivery.
  • Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with program delivery, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing program outcomes and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure integration of healthcare IT solutions into existing workflows.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Extensive experience in program management within the healthcare IT sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Proven expertise in healthcare strategy development and execution.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and governance frameworks.
