Who is Fusion Technology?
Fusion Technology is a performance-driven HUBZone Small Business concern residing in the heart of the beautiful mountainsides of West Virginia, steps away from the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Criminal Justice Information Services Division's Headquarters. Founded in 2007 by an Engineer-by-trade, Fusion Technology dedicates our valuable resources to providing comprehensive IT services and solutions to mission-critical US Government programs and the Intel Community.
Position Location: Clarksburg, WV (on-site)
Who are you?
Security-cleared Professional: An active Top Secret (TS) Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Education and Experience: You have a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience in addition to the following:
  • Possesses a strong understanding of SAFe Agile methodology and its application in project management.
  • Has strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively manage project teams and achieve successful outcomes.

Certifications: SAFe Agile certification and/or PMP certification from an accredited institution is preferred
What you'll do:
  • Responsible for defining the project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Utilizes SAFe Agile principles, the IT Project Lead shall facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Tracks tasks, epics, user stories, and issues in Jira, while monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Communicates project status, risks, and escalations to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Fosters cross-team collaboration and implement Agile process improvements to ensure successful project delivery.
