Job description

  • Lead program management activities, defining goals, deliverables, and schedules for multiple complex projects aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Model and analyze strategic decisions for WFS supply chain strategy and advise the business accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the speed, cost, and scale of the WFS business.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Operations to drive operational strategy and process improvements.
  • Integrate automation, AI, or platform capabilities to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and resource allocation across programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, communicating effectively to influence decisions and build consensus.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced SQL experience.
  • Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple projects.
  • Strong knowledge of technology strategies and ability to align business unit requirements with technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs using established program management frameworks and tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and build consensus across teams.
  • Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and performance monitoring to ensure program success.
  • Ability to develop business cases with clear ROI and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement.
