THE GIST:

Our client, a rapidly scaling & venture-backed AI startup transforming the healthcare industry, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their Founder & CEO. The ideal candidate is a top-tier executive support professional who can quickly build trust, manage competing priorities, and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. This role requires exceptional scheduling expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently interact with investors, customers, executives, and other key stakeholders.


With strong investor backing, a growing customer base, and a team that has nearly doubled in size over the past year, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth company at a pivotal stage!


 

THE NITTY GRITTY:

  • Manage a complex, high-volume calendar with shifting priorities and competing demands
  • Own inbox management, including prioritization, drafting communications, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate meetings with investors, board members, customers, executives, and strategic partners
  • Prepare for board meetings and leadership meetings, ensuring the CEO is organized and informed
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner and gatekeeper, helping maximize the CEO's time and effectiveness
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders and their support teams to facilitate seamless communication
  • Conduct research and provide background information ahead of meetings and engagements
  • Plan and execute customer, leadership, and company events from concept through completion
  • Support occasional office and operational initiatives as needed


THE ESSENTIALS:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting c-level executives or founders
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working at a tech startup or high-growth tech company highly preferred
  • Expert-level calendar management and scheduling capabilities
  • Availability to respond to urgent action items outside of traditional business hours
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft polished executive correspondence
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and exceptional professionalism
  • Warm, collaborative personality
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and quickly earn trust
  • Experience interacting with investors, board members, customers, and executive stakeholders
  • Event planning experience is a plus
