Location: Columbus, OH | Reports To: VP, Growth and Development | FLSA Status: Exempt

Bring Technology to Life in the Classroom

S3 Technologies is seeking a Technology Solutions Coach to help educators and school teams unlock the full potential of classroom technology. This role is ideal for someone who understands education, enjoys working directly with people, and can translate technology into practical, engaging solutions that improve learning environments.

Based in Columbus, OH, this position blends coaching, training, client support, relationship-building, and EdTech strategy. You will work with educators, school leaders, internal teams, and technology partners to support thoughtful implementation, adoption, and ongoing success.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging training programs for school staff and educators on the effective use of educational technology.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to teachers and school staff, connecting classroom technology use to instructional goals and learning outcomes.
  • Conduct client needs assessments, including building walk-throughs and technology audits, to better understand goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Recommend technology solutions that align with each client’s unique educational environment and objectives.
  • Support the timely implementation of project initiatives in alignment with company expectations, standards, and client needs.
  • Provide onsite and remote support for teachers, school staff, and education clients.
  • Assess technology implementation effectiveness and provide constructive feedback to improve adoption and outcomes.
  • Stay current on educational technology trends, tools, and best practices to help guide client conversations and internal strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the EdTech community, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support consistent messaging, social media content, client communications, and professional development materials.
  • Use data, analytics, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed decision-making.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of technology integration in a classroom or educational setting.
  • Teacher certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and operational documents, including reports, invoices, inventory lists, and related materials.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to clients, educators, staff, and leadership.
  • Comfort with basic math functions, including percentages, addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management or ticket management software.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites up to 40%.
