Key Responsibilities
Own P&L and overall account strategy for a Tier 1 banking client
Build and nurture executive-level relationships (CIO, CTO, business heads)
Identify and drive opportunities across application development, AI, Digital transformation, cloud, data, and managed services
Develop multi-year account plans aligned with client business and technology priorities
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new service offerings
Partner with delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction
Lead RFP responses, solution positioning, and deal negotiations
Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management aligned with banking standards
Stay current on banking technology trends (e.g., cloud adoption, AI/ML, payments modernization)
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in IT services / software services account management
Strong track record managing and growing large enterprise (Tier 1) banking accounts
Deep understanding of banking technology landscape (core banking, digital channels, payments, risk & compliance)
Experience selling and delivering services such as application development, cloud, data engineering, QA, and managed services
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with global delivery models (onshore/offshore)
Exposure to hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
