What will your role be? 
As a Network Technician, you're pivotal in deploying and maintaining IT systems and applications. Your responsibilities encompass coordinating maintenance services, ensuring IT security compliance, managing incident/service request tickets, providing hands-on support and proactively creating IT procedures.

Job Description
  • Execute general IT tasks, including backup procedures, antivirus, anti-malware, and PC systems
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Workplace, Network, and Infrastructure management through active implementation
  • Apply expertise in Google configurations and actively contribute to IT project management
  • Lead with strong interpersonal skills in a multi-country environment, demonstrating adaptability
  • Exhibit integrity, resilience, creativity, and team spirit while actively engaging in problem-solving
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in the maritime industry
  • Proven success in deploying and implementing IT systems and applications

  • Proactive creation and documentation of IT procedures as needed
  • Effective communication and coordination with various service suppliers
  • Practical knowledge in general IT practices, actively contributing to incident resolution and support
