IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives and ensure IT practices remain closely aligned with business objectives. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, driving collaboration across technical and product teams, and delivering high-quality technology solutions on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives using advanced planning, facilitation, negotiation, and dependency management techniques.
  • Ensure IT project execution aligns with business goals and operational priorities.
  • Define and manage project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept through implementation.
  • Own the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and close-out.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings.
  • Partner with technical and product teams to break down complex technology initiatives into clearly defined, prioritized, and actionable plans.
  • Provide clear and consistent visibility into project status, progress, risks, and dependencies for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues, and drive mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on IT project management experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
