Description *Note: This position is for a future program that has not been awarded yet.* ProSync is seeking a passionate Program/Project Manager III to oversee day‑to‑day project execution supporting a U.S. Navy customer, managing schedules, deliverables, and team coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as senior project/program leader supporting a U.S. Navy customer, overseeing complex technical and programmatic activities. Performs one or a combination of such typical duties as: * Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams.
* Oversee program strategy, execution, and reporting.
* Conduct senior‑level briefings and stakeholder engagement.
* Manage program risk, cost, and performance. Requirements * 15+ years of project/program management experience.
* Experience leading teams in a DoD or Navy environment.
* A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
