Position Summary:
The Production Program Manager is a strategic leader who orchestrates the planning, execution, and delivery of a product or product line. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple, interconnected projects and teams to ensure that all production objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Production Program Manager serves as a central point of contact, coordinating efforts across various departments, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement to optimize the production process and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, partners, etc.).
    • Provide clear, concise, and timely updates on program progress, risks, and performance.
    • Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Program Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
    • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
    • Create and maintain a detailed program roadmap, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Project and Team Management:
