Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex government programs within our CODEX division. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong history of delivering advanced technical solutions in federal environments, combined with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum5 years managing government programsin technical or IT environments

Clearance
  • ActiveTS/SCI with CI Polygraph
  • U.S. Citizenship

Core Competencies
  • Proven expertise managing program budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting
  • Exceptional communication abilities with demonstrated success engaging government customers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, multi-priority environments
  • Proficiency with program management methodologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Federal law enforcement background or experience supporting law enforcement agencies
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience
  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Direct experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Justice (DOJ), or Intelligence Community (IC) customers
  • Track record managing programs valued at $5M or greater

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Execution
  • Act as the primary interface with government customers and key stakeholders
  • Direct complete program lifecycle from initiation through successful closeout
  • Create and maintain comprehensive program schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, deliverables, and performance standards
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Develop and present program status reports, executive briefings, and technical documentation

Technical Oversight
  • Guide technical solution development and implementation strategies
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure deliverables exceed customer requirements
  • Provide technical leadership in decision-making and complex problem resolution

Team Development & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional program teams
  • Cultivate collaboration across engineering, contracts, finance, and supporting organizations
  • Drive performance management initiatives and professional growth opportunities
  • Champion a culture of excellence and innovation

Strategic Customer Engagement
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with government customers
  • Lead customer meetings, program reviews, and strategic planning sessions
