SAIC has an immediate opening and is seeking a Program Analyst to join our talented team in Crane, IN.
NOTE: This role requires an active Secret Clearance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Responsible for all aspects of producing deliverables to inform Task Managers decision-making
  • Help our customers solve complex problems; manage project communications, schedules, and workflow; strategically research and frame broad, multifaceted issues; and increase workforce productivity through process improvement
  • Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing projects and will serve as the liaison between various managers
  • Review status of projects and budgets
  • Responsible participating in and establishing program plan requirements to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
  • Serve as a member of the planning team as well as the execution team, tracking future/planned projects as performance trends weekly
  • Support customer with other tasks as assigned duties related to program management, execution and communications

Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience; Additional experience in lieu of degree will be accepted
  • 1-3 years preferred in supporting Program Managers with daily workload
  • Intermediate experience ALL Microsoft Suites Proficient in SharePoint, GEARS, PACS, DTS Expert in communications with senior leaders down to integration team
  • Secret Clearance required to start
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen
  • Proactiveness, motivation to work in a collaborative environment, and ability to balance multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines are critical to success in this position
