This team oversees a global technology training program designed to enhance associate skills and foster collaboration with academic partners worldwide. It manages program planning, stakeholder communications, and event coordination to ensure effective delivery and alignment with strategic goals. The team emphasizes continuous development, leveraging program management expertise to drive successful outcomes across multiple initiatives. Members work collaboratively to implement training solutions, manage dependencies, and support knowledge sharing, contributing to the growth and capability building within the organization’s technology functions.   • Manage immersion programs from concept to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes and meeting business objectives.
  • Maintain program plans, and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting program objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure program success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure program alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to drive program innovation and program improvement.
  • Collaborate with other program managers to share best practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive program excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
