What You Will Be Doing:
The Emerging Technologies - Developer is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and supporting innovative business solutions leveraging AI and automation using no/low/pro-code technologies in the Microsoft Cloud. This role transforms business requirements into scalable production solutions while rapidly evaluating and applying new technologies
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, scalable production solutions.
  • Build Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Logic Apps, AI agents, integrations, APIs, and related production assets.
  • Develop, test, deploy, govern, support, and improve solutions through the full SDLC from DEV to PROD (0 to 1).
  • Integrate systems through APIs, connectors, web services, custom code, and cloud-native automation.
  • Participate in agile development, backlog management, code reviews, testing, documentation, and stakeholder demos.
  • Apply responsible AI, security, quality, governance, and customer trust practices while exploring new technologies.
  • Other duties as assigned and qualified.

  • Participate in required safety programs, and working in a safe manner
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager
Who We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this position you should have prior experience with building, designing, deploying, and supporting business solutions while leveraging AI and automated technology.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical development experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of consistent, applied, daily use of large language models (LLMs) in a professional context.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
  • At least 1 year of consistent, applied, daily use of large language models (LLMs) in a professional context - experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry in day-to-day and project-based work is a strong plus.
  • Ability to provide multiple examples of personally designed, developed, and deployed Power Automate and/or Azure Logic Apps solutions that solved real business problems and delivered measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), including full-lifecycle solution design and 0-to-1, development, testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvement in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and related business productivity and collaboration technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint participation, backlog management, user story development, iteration planning, testing activities, and collaborative development practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges, gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical technology-based solutions.
  • Enjoys exploring the limits of emerging technologies while maintaining velocity, quality, governance, security, and customer trust.
  • Desires to cultivate a strong personal and team reputation for consultative service, skillful business analysis, technical curiosity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate complex concepts into clear business value.
  • Experience supporting user adoption, conducting demonstrations, or facilitating workshops on new technologies.
