Job description

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a skilled Program Analyst to support the Portfolio Management and Technology Development Director. This role is essential for managing key processes that keep the Directorate on track and ensure smooth communication and reporting. The analyst will play a vital part in coordinating activities, tracking important actions, and supporting strategic initiatives within the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing correspondence and maintaining effective communication flow.
  • Tracking significant activities and action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitoring and coordinating international travel arrangements and approvals.
  • Supporting FAA Reauthorization efforts by gathering information and assisting in related actions.
  • Developing clear and informative briefings and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creating and analyzing data sets using Excel, including pivot tables, to provide actionable insights.
  • Gathering, reviewing and reporting on significant activities and accomplishments with the Directorate.


Skills Required:

  • Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy.
  • Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office applications and software.
  • This role requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision and who is comfortable engaging professionally with senior government managers and executives.
  • Prior FAA work experience, particularly with NextGen programs or at DOT strongly preferred.


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and5-15 years of relevant work experience.


Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.


The salary range for positions is $50,000 to $175,000. This range is provided as a general guideline and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of compensation. Actual salary offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition, compensation may be influenced by applicable Federal Government contract labor categories and established contract wage rates.
