The 2026 Canada program runs for 16 weeks (Aug 31 - Dec 18). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. Our internships align with Autodesk's Flexible Workplace approach, which is designed to meet the needs of our business while providing flexibility in support of office, remote and hybrid work preferences.

Position Overview

We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Intern to support Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) content marketing through project coordination, content operations, customer storytelling, localization, distribution, and measurement. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to build content marketing, project management, stakeholder management, and reporting skills while contributing to high-impact work across AEX.

This role sits within the AEX Content Marketing which creates and manages content that helps students, educators, academic institutions, and internal stakeholders understand the value of Autodesk's products in the Education segment. You'll help keep content organized, findable, localized, and ready for multi-channel use across global teams.

You'll partner with the Senior Content Marketing Manager, agency partners, customer story stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across geographies. You'll bring structure to moving pieces, help projects stay on track, and support the systems and processes that make strong content easier to create, distribute, and measure.

This role reports directly to the Senior Content Marketing Manager, Autodesk Education Experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support for AEX Content Marketing, including project plans, work-back schedules, planning trackers, timelines, status updates, and other planning control tools

  • Manage content administrative tasks, including capturing and organizing downloads from agency partners, formatting content for multi-channel use, uploading assets to the internal DAM, and maintaining SharePoint organization

  • Lead maintenance of new and updated content on the AEX Marketing Resource Hub so assets are easy to find, current, and usable by internal teams

  • Support logistics for customer stories, including coordination with internal stakeholders, agency partners, participants, and reviewers

  • Own select distribution levers within the AEX content distribution strategy, helping content reach the right audiences across the right channels

  • Support the Senior Content Marketing Manager in liaising with agencies to deliver high-caliber content that meets brand, quality, and timeline expectations

  • Coordinate localization efforts to support global content use across regions, languages, and markets

  • Support impact measurement through reporting that aligns with Autodesk reporting standards and practices

  • Liaise with legal on consent requirements for AEX content projects, including customer stories and other externally facing content

  • Help identify opportunities to improve content workflows, asset organization, reporting templates, and repeatable processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be currently pursuing a full-time, degree seeking program in marketing, communications, business, content strategy, design, education, graduating no earlier than April 2027

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to set goals, define workloads, manage calendars, track timelines, and report on progress and outcomes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and comfort coordinating across stakeholders

  • Ability to move projects forward in a matrixed environment with cross-functional contributors, reviewers, and decision makers

  • Comfort working across geographies and time zones on global projects

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing files, folders, trackers, content hubs, and documentation

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, AI marketing tools, Adobe Analytics, or similar content and reporting platforms is a plus

  • Interest in content marketing, customer storytelling, education audiences, technology, design, engineering, or future-of-work narratives

  • Ability to balance creative thinking with operational rigor, making content both compelling and easy to manage

  • Curiosity, initiative, and inquisitiveness, flagging risks, and helping teams stay aligned

Vous contribuerez a garantir que le contenu soit organise, facile a trouver, localise et pret a etre utilise sur plusieurs canaux par les equipes mondiales.

Responsabilites

Qualifications minimales

  • Etre actuellement inscrit a temps plein a un programme menant a un diplome en marketing, en communications, en affaires, en strategie de contenu, en design ou en education, et ne pas obtenir son diplome avant avril 2027

  • Solides competences en gestion de projet, notamment la capacite a fixer des objectifs, a definir les charges de travail, a gerer les calendriers, a suivre les echeanciers et a rendre compte des progres et des resultats

  • Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et verbale, avec le souci du detail et une aisance a coordonner les differentes parties prenantes

  • Capacite a faire avancer les projets dans un environnement matriciel avec des contributeurs, des reviseurs et des decideurs issus de divers secteurs

  • Aisance a travailler sur des projets mondiaux, quelle que soit la region ou le fuseau horaire
