Job description

Overview

We have a great opportunity for a Delivery Manager. This job is for Jacksonville, FL and requires 5 days a week on-site at one of our Jacksonville locations. As the IT Manager, you will lead a team in the implementation of enterprise solutions for our Vehicle Processing Centers, enterprise integrations leveraging Azure following a micro-services patterns. This will be building modern solutions for our Vehicle Processing Centers based upon near-real-time integrations following business canonical models. Additionally, we are modernizing our core systems through the implementation of D365, Blue Yonder, and Manhattan, Azure services and feeding those into the Azure Data Lake.

The Delivery Manager s experience should involve a mix of technology and business across the IT Lifecycle exploration and analysis, design, architecture, envisioning and planning, development, QA, deployment, and management.

This is support focused.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the IT-related activities for the delivery of business solutions, integrations capabilities, involving definition, development, maintenance, and operation of systems, as well as for maintaining the area s technological level up to date
  • Implements capability/value stream technology strategy for operational and advanced analytics
  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of business solutions and integrations
  • Understanding of Azure services for implementing micro-services
  • The ideal candidate has experience with supply chain, ERP solutions (ideally D365), Azure technologies and Citizen IT (Power Platform) to be leveraged for the business unit.
  • Deep understanding of data flows, integration patterns with ability to triage issues with minimal supervision.
  • Manages diverse portfolio of products, projects, and enhancements to meet integration needs
  • Serves as an escalation point for issue and risk management for Vehicle Processing Centers
  • Ensure all delivery methodologies (products/projects) in the area are working efficiently and delivering value
  • Lead the team, providing opportunities for development and engaging with cross LOB COE teams based on areas of responsibility (InfoSec, QA, etc.)
  • Monitors and manages IT-related costs for a BU capability area
  • Manages talent within capability team
  • Conducts demand management, capacity planning, and resource management for capability area.
  • Responsible for guiding the team members towards root cause identification and issue resolution. Be able to assess the impact resulting from outages and communicate effectively.
  • Responsible for managing the team members to complete Lifecycle Management, Issue resolution, Work prioritization and run the Production Operation teams.
  • Responsible for engaging the Operations and Incident Manager on Duty (IMOD) to triage issues. Resource must have organization navigation capability.

Technical Skills

  • Must have experience with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe
  • Ideal candidate has experience with leading Product teams
  • Ideal candidate has experience in mixed methodology or transitional (waterfall-to-agile) environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO for Supply Chain is ideal but not required.
  • Ability to move between high-level architectural review/design and the roll up the sleeves level of doing all phases of an application delivery project or product teams
  • Experience with or leading Azure related technologies.
  • Must have hands on proven experience with vehicle processing centers and delivery of vehicles to dealers.
  • Use critical thinking skills and work towards root cause identification and issue resolution.
  • Must have good database and integration technology experience. They should be able to guide the team in identifying and implementing the appropriate integration patterns.
  • Project management and financial management are nice to have.
