Maintenance Technician

Clean-Tech is looking for Building Maintenance Technicians. The Building Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conserving and maintaining customer facilities and buildings in outstanding conditions as well as all equipment and systems to achieve excellent operations and safety performance.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilites:

• Exterior equipment management (signposts, salt bins, shovels, signs, chains, bike racks, etc.)
• Softball field Maintenance (striping and grading)
• Helipad Maintenance (goose poop/debris removal)
• Street sweeping
• Asphalt Patching
• Daily survey grounds/parking lots for debris/goose poop
• Weekly Truck Well/Pad Survey for debris
• Monthly building perimeter checks (Removing debris, weeds, grass 25, NSP, 72, 31/19/25, 26, 17)
• Overhead and ceiling cleaning
• Quarterly truck well cleaning (street sweeper, scrubber, overhead cleaning, and bulb replacement)
• Trailer pad grading and ribbon cleanup
• Event and activity support (moving boxes, tables, chairs, tent setup, etc.)
• Concierge support as requested
• Support of landscape maintenance as needed (small project work - trimming bushes back, replacing old landscape with new plantings)
• Deliveries
• Washing vehicles
• Cleaning rail switches and tracks
