Job description

The NeuroMedical Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Application Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. In this critical role, you will help drive improvements in clinical workflows by supporting, optimizing, and implementing healthcare information systems. You'll work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure systems are effectively utilized and aligned with our mission to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance and optimize clinical workflows
  • Coordinate and deliver Quality Program training and IT workflow improvements
  • Assist patients with access to the patient portal
  • Provide training and support for clinical and non-clinical users on IT systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve clinical system issues
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain clinical documentation, procedures, and protocols
  • Act as a liaison between clinical staff and the IT department
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to improve organizational efficiency
  • Maintain proper documentation in line with IT policies and procedures

Requirements
Education:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree required (preferred fields: Nursing, Computer Information Systems, or other clinical fields)

Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare environment
  • Experience with EHR systems required

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
  • Willingness to collaborate and contribute to team success
