Job description

Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (Laurel, MD) seek Staff Geotechnical Professional to Prepare geotechnical exploration reports including appropriate figures, test results, and final exploration logs. Design and prepare construction plans for retaining walls and perform routine calculations, including settlement, bearing capacity, lateral earth pressures, pavement section designs & slope stability under the supervision of senior engineers. Analyze and review field data, lab data, and calculations to generate engineering recommendations and reports. Complete site visits to observe pre-construction conditions of adjacent properties & retaining wall and/or pavement distress conditions. $73,507/yr.
