Job description

The Opportunity

Provides technical administration, support, and analysis of the companyโ€™s critical network and business systems, including both the hardware & software environments. Ensure overall integrity of company network and all external services (ensuring LAN/WAN network connectivity remains active, secure and accessible at all times.

The Role

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Cloud environments, including Exchange Online, Active Directory, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, licensing governance and authentication services;
  • Support administration tasks include patch management, system hardening, antivirus management, certificate maintenance, and security remediation activities;
  • Apply metadata tagging, data classification and retention labels in SharePoint;
  • Respond to IT Help Desk tickets to troubleshoot and resolve operational service requests, incidents, problem investigations, and change activities;
  • Ensure system integrity and availability od the various systems by ensuring back-ups, access control and disaster recovery are managed and maintained;
  • Support for other SaaS (Software as a Service) applications and;
  • Support other project initiatives and IT Help Desk ticket requests as required;

The Candidate

Education: College Diploma or University Degree (BA /Information Technology), Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert.

Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Azure cloud Administration

Knowledge:ย  Project management skills required; must possess a high attention to detail, Cybersecurity knowledge and understanding to operate by security in design. Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).

Compensation:

Salary range $$70,000-$80,000 per annum. Pay may vary based on skills, expertise, and performance, and is a component of the total rewards package.
